Meghan graduated from the University of Alabama with high honors and a major in Restaurant, Hotel and Meeting Management. She continued her studies in this field by attending the Apiciuos Culinary School in Florence, Italy.
Meghan then moved to Baton Rouge where she worked for several years as the Event Sales Director for the Oak Lodge Reception and Conference Center.
With a natural talent for banquet planning and presentation, Meghan, in her position as Catering Director at Nottoway, works closely with her clients to create unique ideas for one-of-a-kind banquets, and then teams up with the culinary and banquet teams to transform those ideas into memorable events. Meghan's expertise and experience instill an immediate sense of comfort in her brides and event planners.

Lauren is a graduate of Millsaps College, in Jackson MS, with a masters degree in Business Administration and then studied International Business in London, Paris and Florence. She began her career as Marketing Assistant and Event Coordinator at Women’s Hospitals and as an event coordinator for organizations such as St. Jude's Children's Hospital, March Of Dimes Walk, and the Louisiana Eye Foundation.
Before joining the Nottoway team in 2013 as our Corporate Group Sales Manager, Lauren worked as a wedding planner at John Folse’s White Oaks Plantation in Baton Rouge . She was promoted to the Catering Manager position at Nottoway in October of 2014.
Lauren is a perfectionist and executes flawless events with a special eye for details. Her wonderful personality makes her clients feel appreciated as well as confident that their events will be handled correctly. Whatever the task, Lauren delivers charm and professionalism from start to finish as well as valuable assistance to the entire Nottoway staff.
